In my house we usually make flan around the holidays so we started to get with the creamy goodness! Easiest dessert on the world, in my opinion... Here's the recipe,
6 egg (3whole and 3 yolks)
1 can of evaporated milk
1can of condensed milk
1can of milk ( I just use one of the cans I just poured out.)
1tsp of vanilla extract
1tsp of ground cinnamon
Then whatever mold I'm going to use, i pour caramel. homemade or bought in the bottom enough to cover the bottom. Then I pop in the oven conventional bake at 350°f for about 20 -30 min or until the knife/toothpick come out clean.
