Getting started!

So I've decided.... I've always been happier in the kitchen than any where else that means i WILL start creating more opportunities for myself. I'm going to experiment with foods and try different restaurants and cuisines! so i am a scientist, like Frankenstein.... or something like that... lets see where we go from here!!!
